An AWESOME day it totally was :')

Hmmm, a quote does says "Yesterday is History, Tomorrow a Mystery, Today is a Gift, Thats why it's called the Present" But, yesterday was not just a plain old history, it's totally was an UNFORGETTABLE HISTORY. Had sooo much fun practicing with my friends at school yesterday. It was totally EPIC gilerr!

Okay, yesterday I went for a drama practise at school. What drama ? RUMPELSTILTSKIN it is.

Here's the rumusan for the real Rumpelstiltskin drama.

In order to make himself appear more important, a miller lied and said that his daughter could spin straw into gold. The king heard of this and called for the girl, shut her in a tower room with straw and a spinning wheel, and demanded that she spin the straw into gold by morning, for three nights, or be executed (other versions had the king threatening to lock her up in a dungeon forever). She had given up all hope, when an impish creature appeared in the room and spun straw into gold for her in return for her necklace, then again the following night for her ring. On the third night, when she had nothing with which to reward him, the strange creature spun straw into gold for a promise that the girl's first-born child would become his.

The king was so impressed that he married the miller's daughter, but when their first child was born, the imp returned to claim his payment: "Now give me what you promised". The queen was frightened and offered him all the wealth she had if she could keep the child. The imp refused but finally agreed to give up his claim to the child if the queen could guess his name in three days. At first she failed, but before the final night, her messenger discovered the imp's remote mountain cottage and, unseen, overheard the imp hopping about his fire and singing.When the imp came to the queen on the third day and she revealed his name, Rumpelstiltskin lost his bargain. In his rage drove his right foot so far into the ground that it sank in up to his waist; then in a passion he seized the left foot with both hands and tore himself in two. Rumpelstiltskin flies out of the window on a cooking ladle.

The drama that we're practising is for the English Drama Competition among Form 2 students of Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Hj. Bujang. The competition is going to be on 15 of September. OhMyGuts! Just days to go ! :O We practiced, practiced and praticed! We have a LARGE privilege since we can use the Dewan Baru at our school since the competition will be held there. We got Mr. Bujang to thank you. hehehehee. We learned more about the PA systems and stuffs all thanks to Mr. Bujang. Hurmm, my friend, Gibson, also known as Abok Son, brought his DSLR along. He's also our DIRECTOR for this drama competition. Sooo, apa lagi ? snap here, snap there la :p hehehee.

We seriously had a fun day and that awesome memory was captured using the camera. Thanks Gibson for bringing your camera! (:
